Have a question about our WordPress Care Plans?

We understand that signing up to one of our Plans is something you need to be comfortable with. We know what it’s like as a business owner to hand over the running of your website to someone ‘out of town.’ If you would like to get to know more about us first or have a question that’s not listed below then give us a call, or email us at question@wpcareplans.co.uk, we would love the opportunity to discuss our Care Plans with you and get to know your business needs better.

Below you will find answers to some of the most frequent questions that we get asked.

Once we have signed up for a plan, what next?

We send you a link to a secure online form for you to fill out, asking for all the relevant details to enable us to set up all the related services to get you up and running. All of your data is kept secure and is only ever seen by the staff at Progressive Web.

How long does it take to set up our account?

We aim to have your account up and running within 48 hours. If any issues prevent us from doing this within 48 hours, we will inform you straight away.

Do you offer 24/7 technical support?

We monitor your site 24/7; however, we are only available to talk/email between the hours of 9 AM – 5 PM, Monday to Friday UK time.

What are the best ways to contact you for support?

What is included in the ‘Unlimited number of small tasks & content additions’ involved in the Premium Support Plan?

Unlimited small tasks include any task that takes us less than 30 minutes to complete and typically covers things like adding a testimonials section or a staff profile section to your website or other content additions. These tasks do not include advanced features such as a complete online shop or membership part or advanced coding or any coaching or strategy advice.

How do you manage the content management scheduled 30-minute session included in the Premium Care Plan

We ask you to send your content amends and additions to content@wpcareplans.co.uk or call us on 01246 461 622 to discuss. As long as the amend takes 30 minutes or less, we will schedule a time for the amends to be completed.

What happens if a WordPress or Plugin update breaks my site?

If a plugin or WordPress update were to take your site down, we would roll back the update. From there, we will notify you of the issue and discuss a solution.

The majority of issues are addressed free of cost; however, custom plugins, problems introduced by users, or especially time-consuming matters may be billable. We always will notify you before charging anything to your account.

What happens if my site is hacked, or compromised in any other way?

We take daily backups of your website, so in case your site is compromised we can restore the previous days backup.

How do the monthly strategy & coaching sessions work?

As part of our Premium & Enterprise Support Plans we advise and help you form a coherent digital marketing strategy, then once a month we schedule a date and time using (calendar here) to discuss and review progress. Also, on our Enterprise Support Plan, we are always available (working hours 9-5pm) for a quick call or email whenever you have a query or problem.

What is an Email Marketing campaign as featured in your Enterprise Support Plan?

Email marketing helps you connect with your audience to promote your brand and increase sales. You can do many things with emails, like sell products, share some news, or tell a story. We use MailChimp to manage your campaigns. As part of the Enterprise Plan, we will create one email campaign per month, and We will do everything for you, create great content and design great looking email templates.

Can i cancel my plan at any time?

Yes! Of course, you can. We never ask you to sign an agreement, so, if you are not happy with our service, drop us an email at cancel@wpcareplans.co.uk and we will terminate your services within 30 days of receipt of termination.
